The young lady manager is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The young girls in both the Deli and Chicken Shop are prompt, helpful and every courteous. Excellent quality, always fresh and value priced Fruit/Vegetables and Meat. IGA Inverell is always better than the so called "Fresh Food People"
Staff couldn't be bothered opening up the other counter when there's a huge line up of customers waiting. Placing inexperienced staff at the sole checkout unsupervised. Basically poor customer service.
