This motel was probably the best we have stayed in for over 20 years of travelling Australia.Great all round motel with very nice staff, rooms were extremely clean with great beds and well equipped with everything we could possibly need.I would highly recommend this motel to anyone looking to stay in Inverell, NSW.
I am very disappointed with this motel.We had a trainer booked in for the night. He has turned up and they had booked him in for the night earlier. When i asked why they had not contacted us, their reply was because they did not have our phone number. I asked why they didn't have it and the lady replied with they usually take numbers and shes not sure why. We have been charged a full night which think is very unreasonable. BIG THUMBS DOWN with the service we have received.
