Very good service and very nice meal
Went to kfc in Inverell and the service was great. It was busy and there were a lot of customers in the shop but the employees were still really friendly. The manager Juston made sure we werent waiting too long and was apologetic and genuine. Will definitely go back to this store.
Great food awsome service. Store was a little untidy tables needed a wipe and floor was grubby
After working a 15 hour day we decided to get take out, we were told theres be a 5 minute wait for fillets which was fine, almost half an hour later we were still waiting then to travel home 10kms for half our food missing, missing chicken pieces. Not sure whats changed but yous used to be great, fresh tasting food, never miss anything. Very disappointing.
Very poor service, 4 or 5 staff saw me waiting but never approached me. The seating area had not been cleaned & we had to use a dirty table, just before we finished eating a staff member did a quick wipe around. High school students were congregation there, this was before school was out. The toilet floor was as filthy as the floor around the tables. Looking at previous reviews it has been like this for a while, they must not look at their reviews. The food was fine.
