Always very helpful, never abrupt. It was one of the things that drew us to Inverell, friendly postoffice staff. Nothing ever too much trouble.
I am highly disappointed with my recent experience with Australian Post Inverell, I am always 'greeted' with a rude, arrogant representative when visiting in store or making a phone call, for simply asking when a package will arrive or asking whether I am able to pick it up, I am treated with a high level of disrespect, noticing this post office is apparently happy to assist others, really goes to show the sense of community here in Inverell

Very friendly staff. As a person that lives out of town, our mail comes 3 times a week so on an off day when I'm in town it's never a problem for the staff to check if have any mail. Keep up the great work.
